SANATAN SIDDHASHRAM
Sanatan Das Baul, once told her of his vision of an Ashram. He recognised that the spiritual and performative aspects of Baul were not receiving the rigour and honor due to a lack of practice that is developed with discipline slowly over a long term. Sanatan Baba observed that people often perceive the Sadhana (inner practice) as a different entity from the performances.

He felt the need to document this oral tradition. He idealized a place for Bauls during tough times; a shelter to protect the ancient wisdom and carry it forward into the modern context of the upcoming centuries. In the year 2021 , Sanatan Siddhashram published a very important book Baul Premik, which comprises reflections and insights of Sri Sanatan Das Baul about the path and practice. A very unique contribution about the tradition from a practitioner's point of view.
Parvathy Maa remained dedicated to this sacred vision of her Guru, and this has today manifested as ‘Sanatan Siddhashram’. The land for Sanatan Siddhashram was acquired after a long search, in January 2017, and work began after the Bhumi Puja – the ground-breaking ceremony on 8th June 2017.
‘Sanatan’ denotes the eternal or the truth, whereas ‘Siddha’ means perfection. The name Sanatan Siddhashram came from the Master Sri Sanatan Das Baul himself. It is both an Ashram and a Gurukul, a space to receive learning from the Guru.
Sanatan Siddhashram currently houses a space for sevaks and acharyas. A dedicated space for sadhana, Sanatan Shabha Ghar, enables an incessant learning experience. There are many sacred grooves in the ashram such as Naga shrine and Mahakala Bhairava temple, thus it integrates and reveres local worship practices. Gol Baram , is a community dining space where gurus and learners partake prasad. There two beautiful and serene ponds around which retreat huts are built, spaces meant for focussed sadhana. It has two acharya grihas, housing for teachers, Bina Kutir where the main acharya Ma Parvathy Baul resides and Narayani Kutir, where many sadhus and Baul gurus are hosted during teaching sessions.
